1. Service Usage
- You may use the service only for lawful purposes.
- Bulk SMS must comply with PTA regulations and local laws.
- Any form of spam, harassment, or abusive content is strictly prohibited.
2. Account Registration
- Accurate information must be provided during signup.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
3. Payment & Refund
- All payments are prepaid and non-refundable once SMS credits are used or mask approval is initiated.
- Refunds for unused credits are subject to review within 7 days of purchase.
4. SMS Delivery
- Delivery is subject to telecom availability.
- Robo SMS does not guarantee 100% delivery due to DND, network failures, or blocked numbers.
5. Suspension & Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate terms, send illegal content, or misuse masking.
6. Changes
- Robo SMS may update these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notice.
