Prepare a route-specific sender application and understand the separate approval and renewal charges.
Choose the intended route
Tell Robo SMS whether the mask is for marketing or non-OTP transactional notifications. Neither mask type supports OTPs.
Prepare your application
- Provide business identity, contact details, requested name and representative messages.
- Obtain the current application form and document checklist from support.
- Confirm PKR 5,000 approval and PKR 5,000 annual renewal per mask, renewal timing and taxes.
- Submit through the approved onboarding channel.
- Resolve requested corrections and wait for activation confirmation.
- Test the sender on the approved account before enabling live workflows.
Plan realistically
Ask for current processing expectations. A submitted application is not an activated sender. Do not rely on another provider’s checklist or timeline as the requirements for your Robo SMS account.
