Professional and transparent refund guidance for SMS packages, sender ID masking, short code and integration services.
SMS Packages
SMS package payments are generally non-refundable once credits are activated, consumed, reserved for campaign delivery or assigned to an account. Unused package concerns may be reviewed case by case.
Sender ID Masking
Sender ID Masking charges may become non-refundable after documentation processing, PTA or telecom submission, approval work or activation begins.
Short Code Services
Short Code setup fees, monthly recurring charges and compliance processing charges are separate from standard SMS packages and may not be refundable once processing or provisioning begins.
Technical Issues
If a verified platform issue prevents service usage, our support team will first attempt resolution, package adjustment or credit correction before any refund review.
How to Request Review
Submit refund review requests with payment reference, account email, package details and reason. Approved refunds, if any, are processed through the original or mutually agreed payment method.
