Robo SMS transactional messaging requires your own approved brand-name mask. We do not offer pre-approved masks for this route. This service is for non-OTP notifications connected to a customer action or service relationship.

Keep transactional content separate
Do not attach unrelated discounts or sales offers to operational notifications and assume they remain transactional. Promotional messages belong on the appropriate marketing route. All verification codes require Short Code, not a brand mask.
How activation works
- Describe the business events that will trigger messages and prepare representative samples.
- Request the current brand-mask application and document checklist from Robo SMS.
- Complete review and confirm sender and route activation.
- Connect the assigned account to your application or supported integration.
- Test recipient formatting, duplicate-event handling, SMS counting and delivery reporting.
Do not assume that an existing marketing mask is activated for transactional traffic. Confirm the approved route before sending.
Integration and support
Use the transactional documentation for corporate.robosms.pk when assigned to that portal. Existing customers should use their assigned account details; website guidance does not migrate an account. Keep credentials on your backend and distinguish request acceptance from final delivery.
