Choose a sender for your campaign
Robo SMS marketing accounts support promotional messages using a pre-approved marketing mask or your approved brand-name mask. Pre-approved masks are for marketing only: they cannot send transactional alerts or OTPs.
A pre-approved sender avoids an application for a new customer-specific brand name. You still need an eligible, activated account, available credit and permitted content. Apply for your own brand mask when you want customers to recognize your business name.
What can you send?

- Relevant marketing messages to recipients who agreed to receive them.

Add your verified opt-out process to the final message. Do not tell recipients to reply STOP unless the selected sender supports incoming replies and you process those requests.
What cannot be sent on a pre-approved mask?
Order confirmations, payment receipts, dispatch alerts and other transactional notifications require your approved transactional brand mask. Login, account recovery and payment-verification codes require Short Code OTP service.
Prepare your first campaign

- Use a permission-based recipient list; remove duplicates and opted-out contacts.
- Check the message, official destination links, encoding and billable SMS segments.
- Confirm available credit and run a controlled test.
- Send or schedule the campaign and review final delivery statuses.
Costs and next steps
SMS usage is billed under your selected marketing package. A customer-specific mask has separate approval and renewal charges. Standard marketing packages do not include the Short Code OTP service.
