By using Robo SMS Pakistan services, dashboard, APIs, plugins, apps or support channels, you agree to use the platform responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws, telecom policies and PTA compliance requirements.

2. Services

Robo SMS Pakistan provides SMS packages, promotional and transactional messaging, OTP alerts, API access, sender ID masking, short code support, integrations and related business communication services.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Use valid sender information, approved masks and compliant message content.
• Do not send spam, fraudulent, illegal, abusive, misleading or prohibited content.
• Keep API keys, dashboard credentials and customer data secure.
• Maintain consent, opt-out handling and lawful recipient lists where required.

4. Sender ID Masking and Short Code

Sender ID Masking and Short Code services may require KYC, business verification, documentation and approval from relevant authorities or telecom partners. Short Code is a separate package and may include setup charges and monthly recurring charges.

5. Payments and Taxes

Prices may exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Services may be activated after payment confirmation, documentation review or package approval.

6. Suspension

We may suspend access if usage violates laws, telecom rules, platform terms, security standards or payment obligations.
