Prepare sheet data, recipient permission and route eligibility before connecting a supported SMS workflow.
A sheet link is not an integration
Opening a shared spreadsheet does not authorize or configure SMS sending. Confirm the supported connector, authorization steps and expected columns with Robo SMS before using production recipients.
Prepare the workflow
- Choose marketing, transactional or OTP according to message purpose.
- Confirm account and sender activation.
- Use the connector’s documented column format and normalize recipient numbers.
- Limit sheet access and keep API secrets out of shared cells.
- Preview personalized messages, permission records and segment counts.
- Test a small controlled set and verify delivery and duplicate handling.
Pre-approved masks are marketing-only, even when messages originate in Sheets. Ordinary transactional notifications require your approved brand mask.
