SMS Costs: Packages, Masking and OTP
Separate billable SMS usage from brand masking approval, renewal and Short Code setup and retainers.
Separate usage from fixed charges
Estimate message usage as recipients multiplied by billable segments and the applicable route rate. Confirm how your package handles validity, credits and taxes before purchasing.
Brand masking
Approval is PKR 5,000 per mask and annual renewal is PKR 5,000. SMS usage is separate. Confirm the renewal dates and tax treatment; do not assume a competitor’s schedule applies.
Short Code OTP
Setup is PKR 25,000 and the monthly retainer is PKR 8,000. Usage is separate at the confirmed OTP rate, higher than marketing. The retainer is not an advertised unlimited allowance.

- Estimate segments using final personalized content.
- Request the current route rate and complete quote.
- Confirm activation, recurring billing, renewal and cancellation terms.
Read the separate refund policy. Do not assume that a failed delivery automatically qualifies for a refund.
