Connect real business events to non-OTP notifications using your approved transactional brand mask.
Map events to messages
List the events that need notifications: order confirmation, payment receipt, dispatch or an appointment reminder. Keep each message specific to its event and avoid promotional additions.
Implementation steps
- Apply for your business’s transactional brand mask; pre-approved masks are not available.
- Confirm account activation and the assigned portal.
- Connect only the supported events in your integration.
- Use a stable event reference to prevent duplicate submissions.
- Test formatting, segment counts, invalid numbers and delivery status handling.
- Enable production events gradually and review reports.
OTP is separate
An order receipt and a payment-verification code are different use cases. The receipt may use the approved transactional mask; the OTP requires Short Code.
