Install the Robo SMS plugin and validate sender eligibility, supported events and notification delivery.

Prepare your account

For order alerts, obtain an active transactional account with your approved brand mask. Installing a plugin does not activate a route. OTP features require Short Code and must be supported by the current plugin.

Installation checklist

  1. Back up the website and verify current WordPress, WooCommerce and PHP compatibility with support.
  2. Obtain the official Robo SMS plugin ZIP.
  3. In WordPress, use Plugins, Add New, Upload Plugin; install and activate.
  4. Follow the installed version’s account and sender configuration instructions.
  5. Enable supported events and review message templates.
  6. Test in a controlled environment and check duplicate notifications and delivery results.

If a message fails, use its reference and a redacted error when contacting support. Do not expose API credentials in screenshots.
